| Presentation that does your work justice |
| In a perfect world, you'd show work to clients
in a way that would leave nothing to their imaginations - using your telepathic
super-powers to divine which images they'll like best, and having a hand-picked
selection of aesthetic masterpieces exquisitely mounted and framed, ready
for them to select from at their leisure. Unfortunately, there are a two problems with telepathic super-powers: firstly, there's no such thing and secondly, nobody's got any ... What we <can> help with though, is wicked-fast shortlisting tools and life-sized, likelike simulations of your images in real mounts and mouldings. so you'll be able to show customers anything in seconds - singles, multimounts, collages - whatever. And you'll be amazed how many more of these that people will buy when you can do that (goodbye folder prints!). Not a super-power but maybe the next best thing eh? |
| Putting information to work |
| Wouldn't it save a lot of time marketing, if only
you knew in advance who was going to buy and when? But you know what? - once you've been up and running a while you do! You have a whole 'back-catalogue' of people who (i) already demonstrated they liked your work so much they paid you for it and (ii), will routinely be in the market for more - people who have babies after getting married; young families who look a lot different (or even bigger) a year later; people whose circumstances change - new relationships, new jobs (more money) and new homes (more walls). And these days, if you aren't marketing to them - somebody else will be. Remember that once you have a customer, if they ever go anywhere else - you never lost them; somebody else took them away. Don't let that happen to you. Get yourself a system that makes light work of collecting the information you need to re-market to your customers and light work of actually doing it. Get PhotoSys. |
| Taking control of client workflow |
| “With great power, comes great responsibility”
(Spiderman, 2002 - sorry it's that super-power thing again) and with great
success comes great workload; plus more complexity in individual orders.
Keeping track of exactly what needs doing - by when; for who/by whom
- soon becomes too much to keep in your head. But if you're on a roll,
the last thing you want to do is lose momentum (or worse, client goodwill)
- by forgetting things, making unnecessary mistakes and having to play
catch-up. Yet the busier you get, the more difficult this is to avoid;
unless you have the stamina to routinely work past 10pm every night ... What you need is a database smart enough to bring everything together in one place - leads, customers, bookings images, orders, payments and production. What you need is a workflow system to tie it all together and help make it all work - designed by photographers just like you and developed uniquely for businesses just like yours. What you need is PhotoSys. |
